Country Link is a nationwide network of informal social groups for anyone who lives or works in the rural environment.
Country Link started in Sussex 18 years ago.  The upper age limit for Young Farmers was 26 and there was no other group available for those interested in rural pursuits.  Now Country Link has members all over the UK, with many members attending activities in surrounding counties as well as their own.  Weekend events are popular and the National Weekend, held all over the country, is always well attended.  Local events are decided on at regular meetings and any ideas for outings and activities are welcome.  In Sussex they range from walks to cycle rides, to swimming, dinners, concerts, ten pin bowling and games evenings.
